CarHop — Be A Hero

Every year CarHop encourages their employees to rally together behind a consistent theme. In 2018, they asked the team to “Be a Hero” for their customers. We created videos, mouse pads, and Hero trading cards to let them know how they could be heroes by doing what they do with excellence! 

In the videos we put CEO Tim in all sorts of awkward, cheesy superhero situations and he played along like a champ. And since the staff all know Tim (and know that he’s an introvert at heart) they loved seeing him pushed out of his comfort zone. The result was a highly successful employee engagement campaign, with strong employee participation, acceptance and buy-in of their core values. And a lot of fun!
